Das Bild soll sagen "schaut nicht weg"
Es ist ja nicht nur unbedingt das Land China davon betroffen, das war hier nur ein Extremfall der zeigt, das es so nicht weiter gehen kann.
Das gild aber auch für alle anderen Länder. Amerika, Deutschland etc.
VIele Jugendliche schlagen einen halb Tod und finden das toll. Die Strafen sind für solche zu milde. Es wird auch oft weggeschaut, teilweies machen das sogar Polizisten (hallohoooooo)
Und wenn das immer schlimmer wird, und viele nur noch "ichbezogen" denken, was wird dann wohl passieren (das möcht ich mir gar nicht vorstellen).
